We redesigned and coordinated the renovation of a one-bedroom flat in Tooting Bec, London. The property had fallen into disrepair, with an outdated kitchen, rotting window frames, and non-compliant electrics. The project brief was to restore original features, maximise storage, modernise the interior, and update the kitchen.

Working within an extremely tight budget, we sourced a skilled local tradesperson to replace the original sash windows like-for-like, engaged a local builder for essential interior repairs, and used IKEA products to create a self-built bespoke kitchen, floating shelves, and built-in bedroom storage.

Since the project's completion in 2023, the flat has been valued at £100K above its original purchase price.
