Meet the team…

  • Director, Architect (ARB)

    BA(Hons), MArch, DIPArch

Laura is a qualified architect with extensive experience working on a wide range of mixed-use and residential projects across London. She has worked at award-winning practices Glenn Howells and Assael Architecture, where she was a senior architect. Through these roles, she developed expertise in early-stage concept design and navigating the complexities of planning approvals.

Passionate about designing spaces that enhance everyday living, Laura focuses on creating environments that are not only beautiful and elegant but also functional and welcoming—places where people can truly feel at home.

Outside of architecture, Laura has a deep appreciation for contemporary dance, enjoying the creativity and expression it allows. She also has a passion for adventure and endurance challenges, having cycled from the UK to Montenegro in the summer of 2024.

  • Director, Architect (ARB)

    BA(Hons), MArch, DIPArch

Adam is a qualified architect with extensive experience across the education, infrastructure, and hospitality sectors. He began his career at Hugh Broughton Architects, working on a series of scientific research stations in Antarctica, before moving to Foster + Partners, where he led large hospitality projects in the Middle East as an Associate.

Having worked on projects through to construction, Adam brings valuable expertise in project management, design coordination, and technical resolution. His experience includes leading multidisciplinary teams and liaising with clients and contractors to deliver high-quality, well-executed designs.

Alongside his practical experience, he has also pursued an academic career, earning a nomination for the RIBA Dissertation Medal and teaching architectural design at Newcastle University.

When not working, Adam is often running long distances — in 2022 he completed the Thames Path 100-mile race in under 19 hours and has also run unsupported from Paris to London for charity.
