Craftyard is a small gin and craft beer chain based in Buckinghamshire, who approached us after leasing a Grade II listed building in Wendover. The building was in a dilapidated condition, requiring extensive internal refurbishment and external conservation works. Following client consultations, concept design, and coordination with other consultants, we successfully guided the project through planning, listed building, and advertisement consents, before assisting the builder during construction with obtaining building regulations approval.
The project notably involved a complex period of coordination between the client's desires, the heritage officer, and the building control officer to develop a scheme that was both commercially viable and compliant with the necessary statutory requirements.
The project has been a success and is becoming well-known in the town and its surrounding areas. For further details, visit: www.craftyard.co.uk
